all artwork goes into the promotion central folder.
Commission sheets, journals, and YCH auction bases go into the "Artists for Hire" folder.
Tutorials and Tips and Tricks go into the other folders as this is meant to be a sort of art school-type thing.
I am writing this journal because people have been submitting into the wrong folders. AGAIN.
